Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return windows are extended for weekends and public holidays.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
